Headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, CVR Refining is an impartial downstream energy limited partnership formed by CVR Power, Inc., to own, function and develop our refining and associated logistics companies.

Our petroleum enterprise includes a complex full coking, medium-sour crude oil refinery with a rated capability of 115,000 barrels per calendar day (bpcd) operated by Coffeyville Assets Refining & Advertising in Coffeyville, Kansas, and a fancy crude oil refinery with a rated capacity of 70,000 bpcd operated by Wynnewood Refining Company in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. CVR Refining’s subsidiaries also operate and put money into supporting logistics assets, together with roughly 340 miles of lively owned and leased pipelines, a 65,000 bpcd pipeline owned and operated by a joint enterprise, approximately one hundred fifty crude oil transports, a community of strategically located crude oil gathering tank farms, and approximately 6.Four million barrels of owned and leased crude oil storage capacity.
